Referee certification course available

Interested in becoming a USSF Soccer Referee?  Attend this clinic hosted by The Washington State Soccer Referee Committee:
Saturday, June 8th, at the Icicle River Middle School, Leavenworth, WA.

New Soccer referees will be assigned / self-assigned to matches by their local area Soccer Referee Assignors.

Once you register, you will need to pay your registration fee online. 

After paying, a link to online training modules will appear next to your name. 

The online modules will take approximately 2 – 3 hours to complete; however, you may save your progress and complete them at your own pace.  Don’t wait until the last day before the mandatory cutoff to start these modules.

Key Cutoff Dates:
Leavenworth Clinic -  Register, including fee payment, before 8PM Wednesday, 28 Nov.
Complete online modules by 8PM Thursday, June 6

These are firm cutoffs and cannot be extended.
This clinic is limited to 30 students, so register and complete the online modules early.

The clinic will run from 9:00 am - 2:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
Training will include classroom and field hands-on training, and conclude with a 50 question certification test.

The RDP Class will be held on April 17th at 6:00 PM

The class will be held at 206 vine Street in Cashmere

A $10 registration fee 

Free referee shirt will be given to all participants

Referee Development Program

How Do I Become a Development Referee?

Referee Development Program

The Referee Development Program is a direct response by the Wenatchee Valley Youth Soccer to address the shortage of Referee's in our recreational soccer program. This program is for students 11-15 years of age who desire to:

* · Learn and apply the rules of the game of soccer
* · Learn leadership skills
* · Learn small group management skills
* · Learn how to facilitate a game, ensuring fairness and safety of participants
* · Get some exercise
* · Take on the responsibility of a job

This class isn't affiliated with the Washington Referee Association. This is an introductory level certificate that is sponsored only by the Wenatchee Valley Youth Soccer Association. Participant's must pass a take home written test with 90% or better and complete two training practicum's in order to be hired as independent contractors for the Soccer season. All Referee's will be paid $10 per game.

Cost $10.00
